Head Smash was a House Robot built for Wild Robots Series 3.It had 2 side clamps and an axe. However, Wild Robot Series 3 was cancelled, so we didn't get to see Head Smash (or any of the other House Robots) in a tournament fight, but in a Wild Robots Series 3 teaser

Headsmash — Splash made for Head Smash, a House Robot intended for the cancelled Wild Robots Series 3.

, we did see Head Smash beat up some Featherweights.
